"Looks decent, but the site makes you work for it"
I checked out Gravity Global to see their work and what they’re about. Overall, the site looks clean and most of it loaded fine, so I’ll give them that. But some pages were a bit slow on my laptop, which kind of took me out of it. Navigation was okay, but I feel like they made me click around way more than necessary just to find basic info. Some of the animations looked nice, but they also seemed to be part of the reason the site felt heavy. Not a bad website, just not as smooth as it probably should be. 3 stars from me.

Overall, they really seem to understand B2B, which made setting up and running our campaigns a lot easier. It saved us time and helped keep things more organized. That said, there were a few moments where the process felt a bit clunky and I wished there was a little more guidance upfront. Still, for B2B-focused work, they’ve been solid.

We worked with Gravity Global on our media planning, it went smoothly overall. I wasn’t totally sure at first if we had explained what we needed clearly enough, but they seemed to get what we were aiming for and helped us organize the channels better than we had on our own. A couple of updates took a little longer than I expected, though maybe I was just being a bit impatient. Either way, it wasn’t a big issue. They were easy to work with, and I’d be happy to use them again

We got a decent number of leads, but after going through them, I started seeing the same pattern: a lot either never replied or just weren’t the right fit for what we offer. It wasn’t a total waste, but the quality felt a bit weak overall

I think the advice is smart and useful. Yeah, it can be a little slow sometimes, but that doesn’t really ruin the experience for me. I’d rather wait a bit and get something thoughtful than have it rush and be wrong.

I think their analytics really helped us see what was actually working. I mean, maybe we should’ve figured some of it out sooner, but the way it was laid out made things a lot clearer. They were also easy to work with, which was nice.

They definitely seem to have a solid global reach and understand different markets, which was helpful. That said, the whole experience wasn’t always super smooth, and sometimes I had to wait a while for replies. Overall, it was okay, just not quite as great as I was hoping for.

We worked with Gravity Global on a recent project, it was a smooth experience overall. The team seemed to really listen to what we needed, kept us in the loop, and were easy to get hold of whenever changes came up, which I always appreciate. A couple of things did take a bit longer than we expected, but nothing that felt like a huge issue. Overall, I’d say they were good to work with, and I’d definitely consider working with them again. Seems fair to say that’s a positive experience, right?

I reached out to gravity-global.com and had to wait longer than I think is fair for a reply. They did get back to me eventually, and the tone was polite, so I can’t say they were rude or anything like that. But I had to follow up a few times, which felt a bit frustrating. In my view, if a company offers support, they have a responsibility to be reasonably responsive. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, just a average one that could’ve been handled better.
